We are so excited to once again host our promotion ceremonies inside our beautiful gymnasium and receptions in our multi-purpose room following each promotion.

Fifth Grade, Future High School Graduating Class of 2030: 10 AM June 8, 2023
Eighth Grade, Future High School Graduating Class of 2027: 10 AM June 9, 2023

Seating is limited to a maximum of six seats per family including siblings. Please adhere to this limit to allow all families an opportunity to have comfortable seating for this wonderful celebration.

On promotion day, fifth and eighth graders will report directly to homeroom/ first block classes. We ask that all siblings attending the promotion and reception sign in with adult caregivers at the gymnasium beginning at 9:15 AM. Photo ID is required for anyone 18 or older at sign-in.

Please do not bring strollers, balloons, backpacks or bags into the gymnasium.

All students signed in at this table will be dismissed at the check out table following the reception with adult caregivers. Students signed in will be counted present for the school day. Siblings may return to class as directed by the adult and the staff at the check out table located in the main hall outside the gym and multi-purpose room. Collinswood siblings attending the promotion are to remain under supervision of the adult caregiver at all times.

Collinswood siblings not with an adult caregiver or siblings not attending the promotion report to their homeroom as usual. Due to the high number of visitors on campus, we will not dismiss siblings of students being promoted for early dismissal at the conclusion of the promotion or reception.
